SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the SMS/text messaging service (“SMS Service”) provided by D.E.Bs Learning Academy. By enrolling in or using our SMS Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
D.E.Bs Learning Academy uses SMS messaging to communicate with parents/guardians about:
- Class reminders and afterschool program updates
- Enrollment confirmations and payment reminders
- Urgent alerts (weather closures, safety notices, scheduling changes)
- Limited promotional offers related to our educational programs
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number to D.E.Bs Learning Academy, you consent to receive SMS messages from us. Consent is not required as a condition of enrollment.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation SMS. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

5. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your child’s enrollment and program updates. Typical frequency: 1–4 messages per week.
6. Charges & Carriers
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the SMS Service.
- SMS Service is available to U.S. mobile phone numbers only.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected through the SMS Service will be used in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
D.E.Bs Learning Academy is not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages, or for any damages arising from your use of the SMS Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the SMS Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
