The 12-Week Rollout

Weeks 1–2: Diagnose + Align
We start with skills-based diagnostics (not grade-level assumptions). We group students, onboard families, and set the implementation calendar.
Weeks 3–6: Targeted Instruction
Instruction cycles begin. We do weekly progress checks and provide families with updates that translate data into simple, actionable steps.
Weeks 7–10: Acceleration
We raise complexity to build stamina. Students tackle performance tasks or projects while we provide coaching touchpoints for staff alignment.
Weeks 11–12: Evidence + Next Steps
Post-assessment and comprehensive growth reports. We leave you with a sustainability plan so the progress continues.
