An Example 12-Week Partnership Rollout

This example illustrates an academic intervention engagement. Your timeline will be agreed around the selected program, calendar, and staffing. Workshops, summer programs, and curriculum projects may follow a different schedule.

01

Weeks 1–2: Diagnose + Align

We start with skills-based diagnostics (not grade-level assumptions). We group students, onboard families, and set the implementation calendar.

02

Weeks 3–6: Targeted Instruction

Instruction cycles begin. We do weekly progress checks and provide families with updates that translate data into simple, actionable steps.

03

Weeks 7–10: Acceleration

We raise complexity to build stamina. Students tackle performance tasks or projects while we provide coaching touchpoints for staff alignment.

04

Weeks 11–12: Evidence + Next Steps

Post-assessment and comprehensive growth reports. We leave you with a sustainability plan so the progress continues.

PD Capabilities

Staff training that is practical, implementation-ready, and built for real school constraints.

Diagnostic-Driven Instruction

Turn raw data into weekly lesson plans. Learn to group students by skill gap, not just grade level.

Literacy Acceleration

Routines for decoding, fluency, and comprehension that are consistent and scalable across classrooms.

Operating Rhythm

Weekly execution checklists, role clarity, and accountability tools to reduce program drift.
